How Do I Book a Party?
Contact us at brb.lethbridge@gmail.com to discuss your party details and check for availability
on your chosen party date. You may also use our online Party Request Form.
Once availability is confirmed, please send this contract and a minimum of a 50% deposit to
fully book your party and reserve your date/time. Parties are booked on a “first come, first serve”
basis. The deposit, along with the completed contract, will fully reserve your party.
How Do I Make a Deposit?
Deposits and final payments can be made via E-Transfer to brb.lethbridge@gmail.com. Please
contact us if you require an alternate method of payment.
When is My Remaining Balance Due?
Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 24-hours before your party. This final payment
can be made via E-Transfer to brb.lethbridge@gmail.com.
Do I Require a Travel Fee?
A travel fee will be required for all parties/events outside of the area serviced. The serviced area
includes Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Coalhurst. Please contact us for a quote for travel outside of
the serviced area.
How Long Will the Character(s) Stay?
Every party is allotted the amount of time agreed upon ahead of time.
Please refer to your chosen Party Package for visit durations.
Are Gratuities Expected?
Gratuities are optional but greatly appreciated.
Can I Invite a Character to an Outdoor Event?
We will gladly participate in outdoor parties/events. However, due to the delicate and expensive
nature of our costumes and wigs, we will not be able to do an outdoor event if the temperature is
above 30 degrees unless a shaded area is provided. We also cannot do an outdoor event in the
event of rain or inclement weather to prevent costume and wig damage. Our characters will
require a clean, dry area free of dirt and mud.
Can I Cancel After Booking?
There is a 50% deposit of your total party price due at time of scheduling. This reserves your
party date, time, character, and special requests when you book the party. However, we
understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel your party/event.
Cancellations at any time after signing this contract result in a forfeit of the 50% deposit you
placed at time of booking. Any amount you have paid above the required 50% deposit is fully
refundable at any time of cancellation.
Can I Reschedule After Booking?
If you find that you need to change the date or time of the party once you have booked, we will
try to accommodate you as best we can into our schedule but will charge an additional $20 fee
for each rescheduling. This will be applied to your remaining balance.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer your
previous time slot to someone else and gives you the most options when trying to choose a new
date/time. We will not accept date/time changes less than 48 hours before the scheduled party.
Rights and Responsibilities of Beautifully Royal Birthdays:
In the event of bad weather, serious illness, or any other unforeseen emergency, we reserve the
right to cancel the event and offer an alternative date if available. Communication can be done
through brb.lethbridge@gmail.com.
Beautifully Royal Birthdays does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages
caused during your party. However, you can be assured that our performers will treat your home
and guests with respect and care. Beautifully Royal Birthdays is not responsible for allergic
reactions to any costumes, cosmetics, accessories, or any food consumed before, during, or after
the event. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or the guest’s parent/guardian(s) to inform the
client of any allergy restrictions and take the appropriate steps to avoid contact with such items.
Beautifully Royal Birthdays is NOT responsible for any injuries, negligence, or unruly behavior
during parties. Please act responsibly and chaperone all party guests.
